Order: How can I check if the item is available?
Before placing an order, we recommend contacting Evolveon to check if the item(s) are in stock and ready to ship. Please reach out through our official contact form with the item number, size, and color, and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
Order: Will I be charged if the item I ordered is out of stock?
When the item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you the same business day. You are not charged if the item is not available or sold out. Charging is done manually when the item is shipped. When your order is canceled, the amount will show as a “pending status” on your online banking website and will go away within 3 to 5 business days. It’s a good idea to be prepared with a second or third choice.
Order: How long does it take to receive my order?
If the item is available, we usually ship it out the next business day, and our U.S. customers receive their orders in 3–5 business days via Ground Shipping. Faster shipping options are available. International customers usually receive their order in 7–14 business days. Some made-to-order dresses take from 4 to 16 weeks. If additional time is required to fill your order, Evolveon will contact you by email or phone.
Size Chart & Measurements: What size should I get for my dress?
When ordering a dress online, it’s very important to know your body measurements to help you decide what dress size to pick. The size chart is located on the product page. Please take a look at our Measuring Guide on our website — it’s super easy and helps you find your perfect fit online! If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up so it’ll be easier to get it altered.
Order: What’s your return & exchange policy?
We love happy customers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Evolveon offers refunds if you’re not 100% satisfied. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Order: Can I order multiple dresses in different styles and sizes just to see which one will work and return the ones that don’t?
Unless it’s for a clear group order, we are limiting one dress per customer so more people will be able to get a dress this year. We also have a 20% restocking fee and a $12 prepaid shipping label fee per dress, so we recommend ordering one dress first to see if the designer works for you. Your order will be canceled immediately if it’s not for an obvious group order.

Additional Images: Do you have additional images of the items online?
We put all available images on the website. We realize that it can be frustrating when there isn’t an image for every color an item is offered in; however, all images are provided by the manufacturer, and we do not always receive every variation.
Payment: What type of payments are accepted?
We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted.
